EXCHANGES & RETURNS
At Min, we want you to love your purchases! That’s why we offer a first free exchange within 30 calendar days of receiving your product.First Free Exchange

  • The product must be unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired product is unavailable, you can choose another item of equal value.
  • If approved, the return shipping for the first exchange is on us.

Subsequent Exchanges

  • For additional exchanges, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Returns for Change of Mind

  • You have up to 7 calendar days after receiving your order to return a product and request a refund.
  • The product must be unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging.
  • Return shipping is on us for returns due to change of mind.
  • After inspecting the returned item, you can choose:
    • Refund: the amount paid will be returned within 7 calendar days using the original payment method.
    • Store Credit: a credit voucher equal to the product value, valid for 90 days on our website.

Returns for Defective Products

  • Defective items can be returned within 90 days of receipt.
  • Return shipping and sending a replacement product are on us.
  • Available options: exchange for the same product (subject to stock availability), repair, partial refund, or full refund.
